Super Man displays courage because he gets in front of a train that is going really fast and they both could die. He could have just let her die but instead he saved her.

Superman saw that Lois Lane tied to the tracks of a train. He flew down to the train tracks, at the speed of light. He put his arm out straight in front of him. He stopped the train before it could hit her. He risked his only life, even though he can't gt hurt, to save Lois's life. To me, Superman was being courageous.
