         <title>the health star rating system.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The health star rating system was first introduced in june 27th 2014 by the Australian governments. it provides a clear star rating about the health level of the particular food that you are interested in consuming, as when a food, such as water is completely healthy, it would recieve a health star rating of 5. but, if a food have poor healthy materials, it would then recieve low health levels. </p><p>the purpose of the Australian health star rating system is to provide a clear and easy chart to let individuals know how healthy it is that their food is consuming.  if this system is not introduced, then individuals would then be unsure of how healthy exactly it is about the food that they are consuming.</p><p><br/></p><p>the Australia health star system is presented as a photo like above, as it shows five stars in a round circle, as the bigger the number is to five, the healthier the food then is.</p><p>Foods are judged by the Health Star Rating (HSR) system through a calculation that considers "risk" nutrients (energy, saturated fat, sodium, and sugar) and "positive" nutrients (protein, fiber, and fruit/vegetable/nut/legume content) to determain if the food is healthy.</p><p><br/></p><p>an advantage of the Australian health star rating is that it provides a clear chart about the food that it is judging. it is not Complicated, and does not require a lot of brain cells to understand.</p><p>but, although the Australia health star system is nearly perfect, it still has some limitations, such as, it does not promote an information of what particular element from the food is unhealthy, so it is unconvient for people to have to find out themselves about what food in their food is unhealthy.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>A healthy diet is essential for good health and nutrition, as it would provide you the right amount of protein, energy as well as many other things that cold further more make your body healthier and stronger. Food is provided to us for a reason, as they provides energy for daily activities and bodily functions, essential nutrients for growth and repair, as well as substances that help your body processes and build strong bones, muscles, and skin. If  your diet is not balenced or if you are not provided with enough food and drinks, it may lead to wight loss, fatigue and further more even hair lost. some particular times if too much of a particular substance or food is consumed, it may lead to concequences. for example, if too much sugar is injecte to your body, it may cost an unbalanced diet, as well as a huge possibility of causing diabetes stage 2.</strong></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>the main five food groups are recognized as grains, dairy, fruits, vegtables as well as lean meats and poultry, tofo eggs nuts, fish and seeds. each of them plays an important roll when it comes to maintaining our body as well as giving us a nice well organised balanced diet.</p><p>As for grains, individuals can consume a right amount of bread, rice, oats as well as noodles, as they all provides an amount of energy, dietary fibre, and a range of essential vitamins and minerals to your body. as for dairy, people can have an amount of milk cheese yogart or cream, as they would provide calcium and vitamin D for strong bones, as well as high-quality protein for muscle repair and growth. when it comes to fruit, people can have grapes, apples, bananas, pears, watermelons and a lot more. these would provide vitamin and energy for our body, making us healthier. when it comes to vegtables, individuals can eat carrots, brocolies, tomato, eggplants as well as cucumbers. and for lean meats and poultry, tofo eggs nuts, fish and seeds, people could then eat eggs, beef, pork, chicken and alot more</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>one meal that may include all three macronutrients is a grilled chicken wraped with vegtables and avocado. as in the wrap, the chicken plays the roll of the protein, as it provides you with a stronger and a better body as is produce and repair body tissues. veggies plays the roll of carbohydrates, as it provides energy for our brain and our body parts. last, avocado plays a roll in our body by giving us fat, providing energy as well as protecting the energy.</p><p><br/></p><p>another food that includes all three macronutrients is salmon with rice and broccoli. in this particular meal, salmon plays the roll in providing an amount of fat, as it provides energy, as  brocoli would take the roll of providing an amount of energy to our body, also known as carbs, as last but not least rice would then be the source of protein.</p><p><br/></p><p>3 foods for protein</p><p>lean meats and fish, eggs, and legumes</p><p><br/></p><p>3 foods for carbs</p><p>bread (a grain), apples (a fruit), and beans (a legume)</p><p><br/></p><p>3 foods for fats</p><p>Avocado,; Fatty Fish (like salmon and mackerel), a great source of omega-3 fatty acids; and Nuts and Seeds (such as almonds, chia, and flaxseed)</p><p><br/></p><p>all of these foods are extremely crucial to our body, as all of them produce an amount of needs to our body, as even if we miised out one, our life would have been diffrent.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>the three micronutrients includes fat , proteins  and carbs. these nutrients all plays significant rolls in managing and countroling our body. </p><p>fat plays a roll in providing and storing basic energies. it is essential for our body, as every single individual has to at least have an intake of 25% f fat out of all of their food consumed.</p><p>protein produce and provide the body with crucial components, including muscle, bone, enzymes, hormones, antibodies, and structural elements for tissues. it is extremely important, as in our lives, it plays a significant roll.</p><p>carbs can be commonly found in fruits and veggies, as it is capable of deliverying an amount of energy towards our body. it is important because human has to consume energies for them to live, as without them, our body would be in serious issues.</p><p>some  particular food sources for fat would be avocado, meat, butter, cream and cheese. these elements can provide our body with an amount of energy, as they can also store energy.</p><p>particular foods for protein would be meat, poultry, fish, eggs, and dairy products such as milk and cheese. these provide a stronger and better bone structure and tissue structure for our body, which is extremely crucial.</p><p><br/></p><p>lastly, arbs also plays rolls in providing an amount of energy to our body, as many example that provides this nutrient would be whole grains, such as oats and brown rice, fruits, vegetables like potatoes and legumes (beans, lentils), and dairy products like milk and yogurt.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>nutrients are mostly crucial and positive when it comes to contributing for our body, but, there are still an amount of nutrients that promotes disadvantages to our body.</p><p>Sugar is a huge example for a bad nutrient when it comes to our body. sugar provides excessive calories and energy without essential nutrients, which can increase the posibility of getting diabetes type 2, tipycally known as having a high amount of sugar contained in your body. When individuals get diabetes stage 2, that means that they are incerting a way to high amount of sugar towards our body.</p>]]></description>
