Going up to strangers is not something that I normally do. I can do it but it's not something I particularly enjoy. After the first couple of people, I really started enjoying it. At first, when I walked up to someone they were a little confused but when I handed them the flower I could see their face light up. 

“Oh my goodness, thank you so much!” one person responded. “That is so sweet of you. You’re going to make a lot of people’s day.”

“Bless your heart,” said another. 

I really enjoyed being able to bring some joy into peoples’ day.  After I had handed out all the flowers I noticed that I felt better. I had not been having the greatest day and didn’t have the best attitude, but after that my whole day seemed to turn around.

So for part 1 I truly had no idea what I was going to do. Then I realized that I have friends in this class. So me, John, Isaac, Luis and Shusuke decided to come together and brainstorm ideas. We decided that we could go and find someone in need, because we realized that there are people out there that need things more than we do. We gave away some of our own money, and gave away some pizza as well.

DSD #1
In the picture below, you can see a very friendly friend group coming back from the freezing cold blessing the homeless. You see, while being out and about in Lincoln, we, Shuske, John, John, Isaac and myself, were driving back to school from getting something to eat. While having a conversation on how to do this assignment, we brainstormed for a while. Towards the end of the brainstorming, we decided to do what is taught to someone at a very early age. We decided to give back and show love. What I did is that I decided to look for a homeless person and bless them with dinner and a CVS blanket. This is creative in the way that you wouldn’t normally think and do this. When your driving and you see a homeless man, the first thought is probably, “Poor man”, but I decided to act and give back. Be humble, don’t take anything for granted cause while we inside our dorms with our heaters on and complaining about our uncomfortable mattresses, there are others in the freezing cold dying on the streets. 
 (P.S, we didn’t feel comfortable taking a picture with the homeless because it was out of respect, this was taken on our way back up to our rooms)

So we thought of giving to the homeless. We decided to drive to downtown Lincoln looking for the homeless. We each had different things to give. I bought a jacket, pair of gloves, and some McDonald’s. It was quite an experience, and we even had a conversation. I learned just because they were less fortunate than me, doesn’t make me better than them because sometimes we never know what people are going through. Even though it wasn’t much, hopefully it brightened their day and made them still have hope in this cruel world.

Overall it was kind of fun, he kept me pretty warm whenever I’d leave the house. It was different for me because normally he stays home when I’m out doing things. I know it sounds a little crazy but I wanted to use them as if they were chopsticks. I had some carne asada fries and and I somehow managed to make it work. It's pretty different and it is not ideal to eat with two knives so I believe that was pretty cool and creative. Pretty difficult because I couldn't get a good grip of the food but once I did I was in a groove with it. project I created an alien costume. The outfit resembled a Disney movie that I used to watch called ‘Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century.” I was trying to create an outfit out of the clothes that I had in my closet in my room because I didn't want to spend money. This alone forced me to be creative. As I searched for my clothing, I remembered that I had never worn this metallic skirt that was in my closet. Thus, the idea was born. Together with the skirt, I paired a shiny black top, some jewelry, and white makeup. I also ended up styling my hair to fit the “out of this world” look I was trying to create. I chose this look because I felt that it would be a great way to push my mind to be creative with my looks. I’m not one to experiment with makeup and things of that nature but I’m glad I did. I attended the warriors game last night, and I took the whole gym by storm. I walked in, all eyes on me instantly. Definitely felt like a celebrity. They looks I got from fans came in variety. Most watched me in puzzlement, trying to put a face to the mysterious figure.  Others felt threatened by my presence, for all they knew I could have been infamous Thanos reincarnated, to end the human race for the second time. Eventually I took my mask off, and revealed myself to the world like a new born babe or a butterfly coming out of a cacoon, either one works.

It is one hundred percent wind powered. To oporate this plane, you must blow into the the tall standing part on top of the plane, which will propel it forward. It can be a fun game a the table, if you put two goal posts to fly the plane into( as my friends and I did).
