This article describes the incompetence of current sex and relationship education (SRE) programs in school. It states that today's young generation "has been exposed to low self-esteem, homophobia, bullying, unhealthy relationships and poor sexual health as a result of the lack of quality SRE in our schools." Is this surprising? Why are schools not giving effective education about sexuality? Lastly, should schools include matters such as sexual violence, rape, LBGT relationships, masturbation, and others factors of sexuality outside of simple anatomy? Why or why not?
