Even though they come across like they have a bad rep, as a whole I think they're needed for the system to be successful.

I don't think the government should control media, people should be allowed to do what they want on the internet or on media, and they have the right to their own privacy. They shouldn't be censoring anything, they are using their resources to censor things instead of protecting our privacy. If parents don't want their children seeing certain things, they need to take things into their own hands and censoring the things their children see themselves. If parents don't want their children seeing that they shouldn't be dropping their children off alone at a public place. Children are going to be exposed to many things in their life, and if you want to keep your children from being exposed to certain things, don't leave your child unattended and censor what they see yourself. People shouldn't change what they do just because children might see uncensored things.

I agree with what Jackson said about the lobbyist question, because lobbyists in the past have given voices to certain groups, like how the NAACP has used litigation to fight for African-American rights.

I agree with Mehail and Bo on their answers, since people can receive benefits or incentives from joining an interest group. I think that by not taking an action, like joining an interest group, then your voice isn't heard. Nothing will happen if you don't step up.
