As sources of data can be mainly categorized as primary and secondary sources of data. Where primary data is” original that the research collects for the study from their own efforts”. Sources of primary data, being interviews, diaries, results from experiments, surveys and more. The advantages and disadvantages was reviewed. Secondary data is “data that was not originally collected by the current researcher with the purpose and objectives of the study at hand”. Secondary sources of data collect can be articles, scholarly book, reports or information found on the internet to name a few. The advantages and disadvantages was reviewed. 

The value of data was mentioned with four criteria of timeliness, relevance, completeness and quality. 

Triangulation defined as “the use of several different research techniques in the same study to confirm and verify data gathered in different ways. That is, a researcher attempts to pinpoint an outcome by making several assessments from different perspective, with a view to finding an outcome that is supported by each of the approached” (p. 263).
