Formative assessment strategies are constant and should be diverse in order to engage students and allow the teacher to adapt their teaching to meet every student's needs.<br>2. Formative assessments can be used in many different ways and forms depending on each individual classroom and situation.<br>3. I have many more options of  formative assessments I can use while substituting as well as within my own classroom in the future.</div>]]></description>
