Mr. Walorz competed in wrestling and football at the varsity level in high school, and studied business at Johnson and Wales University. He left school in 2008 after his brother perished in a vehicle accident, and took a position of responsibility within the family business. He has been active in expansion efforts over the years, including the building of four additional bays that meet client and tenant requirements. Major accounts include National Water Main and Feeney Brothers, while tenants who make use of bays include Shear Precision and Brewster ambulance.

Mr. Walorz is active in outdoor pursuits, including lake camping in Maine and taking his German shepherd on extended hikes. He also enjoys exploring new terrain through dirt biking and ATV riding.
