Cultural safe and connected in spaces that allow them to do activities they are participating in. Including agency to share their thoughts and experiences. This could be what success looks like for the City of Melb team - a challenge to measure this outcome is around how to engage with yp that they prefer in consultations.

In our org, the idea is right but needs awareness of bringing in expertise where there might be vulnerability around mental health for example.

Done well might include: inviting representatives into networks where people are ready to share with understanding of the strengths and expertise they're bringing. Eg Youth Council given equal Standing.
