If I could choose, I would say that there would be groups to complete each task, making it more time efficient. If we had one person per job, it would be too physically straining, so groups of people can be beneficial to each other on a physical scale.

I think this would be the best bet of keeping things from becoming a problem, as in people not providing enough for themselves. Another reason is that “teams” (not in the beneficial way.) may occur, and other problems such as theft and fights can appear over supplies.

I would prefer a leadership committee, so it will keep things fair, and to make sure everyone can benefit from a small government. I would like to choose a leader from each group, to ensure everyone can do their jobs as efficiently and profitably. That method would also keep the leaders from favouring and only trying to benefit their own group. The leaders will be selected through each group's voting, since they would be picking the person from their own team to assist in decision making and upgrading the chosen person to a higher ranking in the small community.

I would rather if important decisions would be made through meetings, with the non-leader islanders present, so they can understand where the decisions are coming from and why they are made. I personally think this is super important to let the community know why decisions are made to ensure that they won’t think any favouritism is in place, even though they could possibly not get the preferred decision they would at least know why. I would personally think this is one of the best ways to avoid any unnecessary problems, to ensure everyone can stay as peaceful as they can be.

think rules are very necessary to a sustainable environment, and some of the rules I’d want in place as soon as possible would be no theft, for obvious reasons, and same as no murdering for again, obvious reasons. Everyone must do their jobs, of course you’d get breaks, but an island would not stay livable if everyone just got up and quit. No littering, because nobody wants to live in filth, even if it's just a couple of weeks. I think no harassment of any kind would be anything acceptable. I think all of these rules would have to be set in place to reduce the amount of problems that can occur.

to enforce the rules, you will get 3 strikes. One will let you off with a warning, two will serve you probation and extra tasks you usually wouldn’t have to do, and 3 would lead you to be exiled. At times, the punishment will fit the crime, such as if you broke a major crime such as murder, you will not get anymore strikes, you will immediately get exiled and booted to the other side of the island. There can be trials if the criminal doesn’t follow the three strike law, possibly leading to being given worse jobs.
