The steps I will take are: record a small group via Zoom for my TPA in both math and ELA subjects. 

In order to remain a "connected" educator I plan to learn about a wider scope of curriculums and confidently recommended them to my students.

What gives me the energy to stay motivated is getting to know my students and their families. If I can make a connection with my students I know that it benefits both the student and I. We are both striving to do the best for each other, and by knowing your students it's easier to recognize their strengths and weaknesses and how to overcome them. 

My advice for a new teacher would be to set boundaries. It is very easy to want to do all the things and put yourself, too easy. This is a great way for teachers(especially online) to keep everything organized for parents and students. This acts as a home base.
3. Google Earth
 is always a fun way to take a look at any place you are teaching about.
