Our class will be exploring force, motion, and gravity for the remainder of the year. I am excited to announce that we will be completing an optional egg drop experiment to help us better understand gravity. For this experiment, each child who chooses to participate will record a Flipgrid video showing the following:

- An explanation of how they protected their egg
- Dropping their shoebox with an egg inside of it from a high place such as a 2nd floor window in the house or the top of a ladder (with the help of an adult). 
- Then show whether the egg survived inside their “safety box”. 

Each child who chooses to participate will need to post their video on Flipgrid by May 21st, 2020.
