         <description><![CDATA[<div>When it comes to the babies crib you should have your baby on a firm mattress with sheets that are fitted an not loose. NEVER have babies sleep on adult beds,couches,chairs,pillows etc. Only a sheet is needed in the crib.No blankets, pillows or stuffed animals because these items can impair a infants breathing if they are close to their face.</div>]]></description>

American Indians are 2 times more likely to die from SIDS. This is because of factors like secondhand smoke exposure, binge alcohol drinking during pregnancy and over dressing babies.</div>]]></description>

The increased arousal may be an issue surrounding SIDS. When babies sleep on their back they are startled more easier but this startle reflex is protective and makes sleep safer.</div>]]></description>
