1. 5 - "If a judge tries a case, reaches a decision, and presents his judgment in writing but later an error is found that is the judge’s own fault, then the judge must pay twelve times the fine set by him in the case; in addition, he shall be publicly removed from the judge's bench, never again to sit on the bench nor render judgment."

That judges need to never make a fault

2. 48 - "If anyone owes a debt for a loan, and a storm wipes out the grain, or the harvest fails, or the grain does not grow for lack of water; in that year he need not give his creditor any grain in payment, he washes his debt-tablet in water and pays no rent for this year."

That natural disasters aren't the poor's fault

3. 110 - "If a holy woman opens a tavern door or enters a tavern for a drink, she shall be burned to death."

It's a bit excessive

2. 154 - "If a man is guilty of incest with his daughter, he shall leave the city (exiled)."

This is a far worse crime that deserves death, not exile

229 - " If a builder builds a house for someone, and does not construct it properly, and the house which he built falls and kills its owner, then that builder shall be put to death."

If the builder doesn't construct the house properly and it kills the owner then the builder is put to death.
