Julie is great at getting us all on the same page so that we know what is expected and when. She does a great job with creating and sharing resources in Excel, creating and sharing templates that make our weekly and monthly tasks go smoothly, and her knowledge of TVAH/Admin and all things OLS is invaluable. She organized great Engagli practice sessions last spring so that we would be prepared to use it confidently this fall.
