Possible building wide focus/initiative on traits that are incompatible with the most undesirable traits in the building:
Like, having a kindness month where we push out the effort to do one act of random kindness per day and then record it somewhere that is accessable to all like a banner in the cafeteria

Like, having a thankfulness month where we encourage teachers to have students journal what they are thankful for on a daily basis and have those results presented somewhere.

Like, a respect theme month where students and staff are asked to be more respectful to one person at least once per day.
