Anxiety is something that we need to encourage learners to actively think about and be aware of because it can look different for each person going through it. As children learning how they feel and perceive anxiety is key to recognizing and addressing it in healthy ways.

Anxiety can be presented in many different ways. Sometimes, it is very obvious. Someone could be consistently tapping their feet, staring off into space, or visibly panicking. Sometimes, people seem completely fine and can be extremely anxious on the inside. For example, I am usually very anxious when going to an interview. However, no one would ever know because "I would fake it, till I make it."
