Andy Ho
The Allen Library which is also connected to the Suzzallo Library is located next to Red Square and Mary Gates Hall. What I liked about this place was the overall quiet environment that was held when I walked around the building. This can be a very good place to study! An interesting fact is that this place used to be just the Suzzallo Library until they built an extension to the building which is the Allen Library who is named after the father is Microsoft co-founder, Paul Allen.

The resource I visited was the Suzzallo Library and it is located next to the red square. What I liked about this library is that there is a reading room upstairs for students who want a quiet place to study or do homework. An interesting fact is the Suzzallo Library is named after Henry Suzzallo which was the fifteen president of UW. They also offer group study, smith, and reading rooms.

The resource I visited was the Odegaard library, located right next to the George Washington Statue. 🇺🇸 I liked how the library was spacious and big. The services they offer at the writing center are tutoring sessions to help edit your essays. The writing tutors are very helpful and friendly. They also have computer labs and study rooms for students to study. 😊📚 I was having technical difficulties with my phone to upload a picture I took of the writing center ,so below I posted a photo of the interior of the library. ☺️

Earlier this morning I visited OMAD which is Office of Minority Affairs and Diversity. It is located in Mary Gates Hall first floor. It is the first door that is on your right when you walk past the first tables and chair. Anyone who knows where Allen library won't have hard time finding this office in Mary gates. Interesting it has a drop in advising every single time I visit them and also help me get answers to my urgent questions and that's what makes me love it. I don't think this is interesting fact but hopefully may help someone in class. Its where the CLUE tutoring happens from Sunday through Thursday from 7pm to 11pm where they help you all in almost every subject. Looking forward to go there sometime soon.

On Friday I went to visit the ECC building. This building is located in the northwest campus. It's address is 3931 Brooklyn Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98105. It is a very good place to study, you have your own space. The building has resources that helps student with advising , organizational development ,personal growth etc. There is also a kitchen provided. A microwave if you need one. The place is very clean and very welcoming. It only has 3 floors and next to it there is a tutoring center for sciences such as biology, chemistry and physics.
