There were several connections between the 6 tenets & the list of 7 outcomes.

Some possible disconnections that will need clarified for the field are:

The need for student discussion around their own learning.

Ways that administrators can build culture through continuous improvement.

There is a lack of understanding or assessment literacy at all levels of education (from leadership to classroom)

The message and understanding begins with the administration, as teachers are limited in the development of the system and decision making. Time will need to be created to do the work well.

Consistent data protocols (maybe give them 2 options. Teach them the benefits of each and best practices of using them.

Return data converations to deepen the understanding bring back to the PLC 4 discussion questions and connect to instruction (teaching and learning).
