         <description><![CDATA[<p>The Africans were way under developed compared to the Europeans so the Europeans started their colonization in 1870 having 10% of Africa.  Later in 1914 the Europeans had 90% of Africa which proves the big advance they had. The European had a meeting on how they were going to split up Africa without any of the Africans invited to the meeting. The Europeans wanted trade routes on the coast of Africa.</p>]]></description>

All their policies had been changed to Europeans and now they had to get used to this new system. They also had most of their land taken over for the miners and farmers. They had to do a lot of changing to be stable again.</p>]]></description>
