This system provides a report to the central system giving information of people in the building and time. Therefore, it is a safety way to manage the people’s circulation in the building. This System is also linked to live check-in system, EPOS, payments, tills and point sales, optimising in-session management. 

2.     Biometric System: The biometric clock in The Bluebird restaurant uses this scanner system to collect employee’s fingerprint, and it is also centralised with the tills updating the check-in, optimising in-session management through live check-in system also helps with reports payments, tills, and others. 

3.     Securico CCTV security system: The company has CCTV security system to protect employees, premises and customers.  They also have available remote camera monitoring, through this system they have easy access to their security camera live from remotely over the internet.

4.     Building Management System:  It is a computer-based control monitoring and regulating mechanical and electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting (Illumination), temperature (Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning) and power systems (Electric power control), fire alarm control, security and observation, lifts, closed circuit inspection and others. The maintenance is done through automated maintenance scheduling.

 

 

Fourth Hospitality’s payroll management software (PMS) gives bluebird an HMRC-accredited cloud based system and is part of their workforce planning solutions systems. The main features of the PMS is that it gives bluebird a flexible and secure payroll system which can be used for multiple employments, varying pay rates and staff turnover, it can also take care of pensions. It uses customisable spreadsheets, importing capabilities as well as combining with BACS and finance systems to provide ease of payment and can serve multiple PAYE companies. 

 

In providing procurement for bluebird Fourth Hospitality gives it many key components to increase efficiency, which ultimately increases profitability. They do this by giving real-time visibility and control of spend from supplier products as well as price lists.
