         <title>What is Literacy? Can I even do literacy? Reflective Post #1</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>If you think about it, Literacy can be almost anything. Anything that can be understood, anything that can be interpreted, literacy is all around us. The common definition for this or just a clear cut example, "a text you can read." <br><br>For this class, TCH 219, it seemed very clearcut at first, keyword. Then it got philosophical, what literacy devices do you use everyday? Well, I don't read that often, sad to admit. But after thinking about it, I use it quite a bit. Thinking about it, I look at a piece of music everyday. I watch conducting videos to improve myself as a future band director. I read drill charts and music to perform with the marching band. Just because I don't read a standard book does not mean that I don't use literacy at all in my life. However, what I see as a literacy device may not be seen or used for example in a History major prospective. <br><br>My final definition of Literacy will be left here. It is open for discussion and can be taken and developed into your own definition. Literacy is a type of device that can be understood and interpreted in a variety of ways. Their is no clear cut example and it can be used everyday.</div>]]></description>
