         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>&nbsp;Progressive muscle relaxation (squeeze then relax the main parts of your body: eyes, nose, mouth, shoulders, arms, hands, back, stomach, legs, feet, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Head, shoulders, knees, and toes (via the song)<br>&nbsp;5-4-3-2-1 ( ve di erent movements in descending order, for example: ve jumping jacks, spin around four times, hop on one foot three times, walk all the way around the room two times, and give your neighbor one high- five - pause between each task to give campers enough time)&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;20 jumping jacks (or other exercise)</li><li>&nbsp;Animal pretend (have everyone pretend to be an animal or their favorite animal, by acting out the correct motions and sounding like the animal - get silly!)</li><li>Shake out (shake each hand and each foot 5 times, then move on to 4, then 3, then 2, then 1)&nbsp;</li></ol><div><br></div>]]></description>

One person will begin by holding the ball of string and&nbsp;</div><div>telling their group one thing they are grateful for/a moment they have enjoyed the most at camp. This person will then hold the end of the piece of string and will pass it on to someone else in the circle, but<br>&nbsp;it cannot be the person next to them on either side. This person will then tell the group what they are grateful for/a moment they have enjoyed the most at camp, and then pass it o to someone else in the circle while still holding the string. You will go around the group until everyone has said something. At the end, you will use the scissors to cut everyone a string bracelet which represents everyone’s gratitude and favorite moments at camp.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
