-House work has to be divided  equally in order to form a nice environment.
-Mental load means always having to remember and you can’t leave everything to one person.
-Mental load is almost completely done by women.
-The triple load women are carrying may exacerbate the high levels of stress that mothers are already at risk of.

1. Share the household tasks 
- The household is every adult’s responsibility and it needs to be equally divided in the family
2.- Do activities with all the family.
- Promote equality by supporting a range of activities for both their sons and daughters.
3.- Encourage both parents to contribute at childcare equally
- Children are a responsibility of both.
4.- Listen, Reflect, and Talk.
- As a child talk with your parents about things that you don´t understand and every problem you have. As a parent listen carefully, understand your son and maintain him well informed about what´s happening in the world and why.
5.- Encourage children to be what they want. 
- Teach them that stereotypes don’t exist.
If a daughter wants to play football, let her and, if the son wants to learn to cook or take dance classes, permit him.

- They also said that the housework needed to be equally divided, and for equally they mean that if someone worked more out of the house she or he deserved less work.

- About flexible work they said that it was the best option for working on these times of pandemic.

- For the mental load they answered that getting some help was nice because sometimes they can feel tired. Also that we could help them in a lot of things to reduce the mental load.

- In conclusion they said that as a couple they needed to talk to be more productive. They said that dividing the housework between all the family is the best thing for all.
