OPORTUNITIES:
One of the big oportunities that I have is the Social Media. Everyone use Instagram or TikTok also everyone watch Youtube. That's is a good way to promote my brand and for free. Before we had to create adverts and that is expensive and then promote that in the TV is even more expensive. Also now we have Internet and a lot of people buy online, and that helps a lot because I don't have to rent a place and put a shop there, and use more money. Also to promote my brand or find models is very easy now. All the young people just want to be famous, basically influencers. So i can take people that can help me promoting my brand and I will give them promo codes to use, so basically more people will come. Even if they use the promo code and is more cheaper, is fine anyway because at the end they will bring more and more people.
THREATS.
I would say the high competition that we have in fashion because at the end there is thousand and thousand of brands arround the world and all of the with similar things, so basically at the en every idea has been created before. And also at the end even know that there are thousand and thousand of brands the ones who control every things or move and change the trend are the same as always. That's why is very difficult to grow in fashion. This is a perenial herb that originates from the temperature climate zones of Asia and Europe. different parks arround London, between them Finsbury Park and Buttersea Park.
