Mindtools tells the audience what each letter means and also provides examples that can be used when managers form their analysis. The structure is well laid out and easily read by the audience so that it can be understood effectively.          <description><![CDATA[<div>The Business Dictionary provides a great educational video of the foundation of organizational structure and gives brief descriptions of the job titles involved in the example company. They do a great job of explaining in the video the hierarchical order of the different positions and how they contribute to the companies goals. It is a great audience friendly video that I found to be very helpful in understanding the structure. </div>]]></description>
