People in Syria lack the need of water and food. As a result, they end up eating whatever they can find. For example, on the video that we saw the young girl mentioned how her family had a cat that ate a bunch of rats. Since they had no food they slaughter the cat and ate it. Her family never told her what they were eating until the next day.
