• Group composition and topic selection:

A.Students are divided into groups of 3-5 people each.
B.Each group chooses a topic related to gender roles and social expectations. For example, analyze gender representation in a specific film, or discuss gender roles in a specific cultural context.

• Theoretical preparation and data collection

A.Team members collect relevant academic papers, film cases, social and cultural research and other information.
B.Theoretical frameworks used in preparing discussions, such as gender performance theory, feminist film theory, etc.

• Discussion within the group

a.  Group members engage in in-depth discussions around selected topics.
b.  Discussion content includes but is not limited to the display of gender roles in movies, the impact of social culture on gender roles, changes in gender issues in movies, etc.

• Exchange of ideas and reflection

a.  Each group member shares his/her views and insights and engages in brainstorming.
b.  Exchange opinions among group members and explore the connections and differences between different viewpoints.
