3.  We'll meet approximately 2-5 days after the observation for the post conference.
4.  "Consistently" is observed by the appraiser...depending on which domain.
5.  Pre conferences are only held prior to a "full" observation.
6.  Admin is required to do one "full" observation for all staff that met the criteria and every third year for everyone else.  There could be more than one observation, but that will be on a case by case basis.
7.  Vertical alignment is evaluated through the lesson planning process.
8.  The observations do not have to be a specific length.  PDAS required an admin be in the room for 45 minutes.  There has always been the flexibility to stay longer though.  THe time in the room will be determined by the admin observing so they are able to see what they need to see to document required evidence.
9.  Hopefully, we'll plan the observations well enough to not be effected by assemblies.  We'll have to communicate with the teacher to make adjustments as needed if something causes a change.
10.  The websites can have class specific schedules.  Do what works for your team and parents.
