Something that can get in the way of having fun with friends is the drama that could possibly exist. It's important to put aside drama and focus on spending quality time with friends.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><mark>-Focus on the good, not the bad</mark></div><div><mark>Be optimistic, have a positive spin on things </mark><br><br>Some things that could get in the way of this is having low self esteem, having a negative attitude towards things. These things affect your emotional health because you feel you are less than everyone else.</div>]]></description>

Some things that will get in the way of this goal is poor time management with homework or activities.&nbsp; A good time to go to be would be before 10 o'clock.&nbsp;</div><div><br><br><br><mark>-Practice good nutrition</mark></div><div>Eat healthy.&nbsp; Some things that can get in the way of this is the food options at school. Make sure to check your food labels to limit your amount of sugar and fat intake. Eating vegetables and fruit contributes to good nutrition, and drinking lots of water.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>

This relates to emotional health because of the new relationships you make through new interests and skills. Some things that could get in the way of developing new skills and interest could be someone being overwhelmed with homework and schoolwork, so make sure you manage different aspects of your life.&nbsp;</div><div><br><br><mark>-Read a book for pleasure</mark></div><div>It will help you grow and develop better reading and writing skills. It also creates a feeling of accomplishment and achievement. Make sure you set aside time and when you're reading, having your phone on you or being around other people can get you distracted.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
