      <description>A specialist in internal medicine, Rebecca Brauch, MD cares for people based in and near Cambridge, Ohio, through Medical Associates of Cambridge. In her day-to-day work, she largely focuses on providing primary, outpatient care, though she does also deliver inpatient care, especially to patients with infectious diseases. In fact, Rebecca Brauch, MD has published research on Clostridium difficile, an infectious disease of the intestines, in the Case Reports in Infectious Diseases publication. She also participated in the 13th Annual Infectious Disease Fellows Forum in April of 2016.

To train for her career, Rebecca Brauch, MD underwent her residency in internal medicine at Cleveland Clinic Akron General. She followed that training with a fellowship in infectious disease at the University of Florida. She is licensed to practice medicine in both Florida and Ohio. 

A professionally engaged physician, Dr. Brauch belongs to the American Medical Association and the Infectious Disease Society of America. She has also given back to her community by volunteering with nonprofits like the Save the Animals Foundation shelter.</description>
