Hi! I’m looking at the DPS YR 26-27 calendar and there a few required teacher workdays that don’t seem to be during a holiday or intercession (e.g., 8/19, 11/3). I assume that is still just a regular day for us? Thanks :)

What time is the breakfast served in the classroom? Is this after 7:45am during their school day or would they have to arrive early to be able to eat breakfast?

It looks like based on the remaining times for the assessment, my child may need to wait until the first week of school to complete the assessment. What is the assessment used for? Is it used for classroom placement and will my child be hindered in any way by doing the assessment the first week of school instead of in May?
