In order to build a more positive work environment for high technology works in this organization, one possible solution could be increasing the number of employees . Employers, for instance, can hire more employees and can even reduce standards of salary to some extent. According to some relevant studies, some famous companies have hired more graduates from some top universities in recent years, not only can this trend, solve the problems of unemployment, but also lead to less working hours for staff of companies. From this perspective, more staff have sufficient time to relax and adjust to their schedules. Although increasing the number of employees may improve competition among colleagues, it can be argued that most of them can spare time to stay with their parents and relatives , and the rate of divorce may decline. Therefore, in light of this, increasing the number of employees should be encouraged to tackle this issue.

Comment:
1. too many "employees"
2.the evaluation is good, and good structure
3.good strategy

One possible solution could be implemented to address this issue is hiring mental counselors.Employees working under pressure environment could suffer mental problem. As a result of overtime working, they are unable to have sufficient time to stay with their families. Consequently, the company could hire a counselor to give the employees some advice when they feel pressure. Such an approach could have a possitive influence on the issue because the mental adviser could provide the professional advice to help those employees to eliminate their stress. While some argues that such approach may increase the cost of company because of extra pay to the advisors. However, employees could feel relaxed after the consult and their working efficiency could improve, which may offer more benefits to the company. Therefore, hiring mental counselors could be an effective method to address the problem of dysfunctional work culture.

Comment: Words spelling mistakes. Some sentences are unclear.

There are a number of possible measures to alleviate the problem of dysfunctional work culture. The company could hire physiological conselors for their employees and set up a office specialized in consultation. A major benefit of this initiative is that it provides specific treatments for individual. It could be effective and recure the disorder directly. Another benefit is that this measurement may make employees feel the companies care about them. This could lead to better work performance and higher productivity. On the other hand, this strategy may need to consider funds that several companies are unwilling to provide. Furthermore, these treatments also take the long term to make progress. However, the advantages are more significant due to the effectiveness. It would be a cost effective approach and benefit workers for the long term.

In order to implement the initiative effectively , employers need to invest more money, which means that when the eployees finish a significant project or work for a long time, company should provide some bonous for them with a vocatio every three months. The benefits of such a measure include, it is hightly likely to encourage employees to keep up high morale to work and impove the work efficiency, on the one hand, such a policy change could meet resistance from finance stress, because not every company could afford this funding to employees especially for some small companies.
