My weakness: I am easy to learn but I am also easy to forget about the things that I learn. I am also easily distracted with the things around me that make me not focus while learning. All of the topics in this subject consists many points and parts which makes me confuse if I did not take notes and listen carefully.

Areas of improvement: I must take notes and organize my notes neatly in my book note. Thus, I can understand every topic easily. By that, I must improve my daily organization. example related to ghubn: ghubn is selling something/object higher than market price. there's two kind of ghubn: ghubn fahisy and ghubn yasir. example situation of ghubn yasir: the different price between mineral water sell at gas station and mineral water sell at grocery store. the mineral water sell at gas station is more expensive than mineral water sell in grocery store. but there's no issue regarding this situation because buying mineral from the gas station is more easier and the difference of the price is considered and not too expensive. ghubn yasir have no effect to akad and it doesn't make the akad invalid because ghabn like this is difficult for us to obstruct and this kind of situation occur in our life everyday. but ghabn fahisy is haram(malikiyyah), but valid because it is clearly stated in sunnah. syafi'iyyah: there's no effect with ghabn fahisy with taghrir or no taghrir because ghubn will not occur if the buyers wary/cautious.]]> 2022-01-18 06:13:56 UTC https://padlet.com/iffahsyakirah0800/pvp5yywtof565bt2/wish/1997157449
