         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is a video I found from 2019 mental health awareness week featuring Malin Andersson. She talks about body image and being confident within yourself whilst explaining  her journey of self-acceptance since Love Island. Malin is now a mental health advocate and experienced these issues herself having gone through domestic abuse and the loss of her child, leading her to try take her own life. She wants to show people that its ok to be different and to love yourself no matter what. </div>]]></description>

"I want to speak out, to fight the public stigma and to give a clearer picture of a mental illness”</div><div>Stephen Fry has been open about his struggles with depression, bipolar disorder and substance abuse, and is now a keen mental health advocate, as well as President of the mental health charity ‘Mind’. In his BBC2 documentary, The Secret Life of the Manic Depressive, he consults experts and fellow sufferers of bipolar disorder, in an attempt to shed light on the disorder that has haunted him his whole life.          <description><![CDATA[<div>In May 2019, <a href="https://www.headstogether.org.uk/"><strong>Heads Together</strong></a> partnered with the <a href="http://www.thefa.com/"><strong>FA</strong></a> to launch a campaign aiming to generate the biggest conversation around mental health ever seen. its shown that the most common cause of death for men under 45 is suicide.  <br><br></div><div>The campaign discusses the general stigma around mental health, as well as the lack of understanding around how to support those suffering with it. But as a group, men are less likely to ask for support and less well positioned to offer support for others. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In 2014, George David Hodgson started a small T-shirt company inspired by his struggles with anxiety and OCD. That company has garnered a following for its persuasive messaging. Pieces include a T-shirt reading “Sometimes I’m okay, sometimes I’m not” and a tee with black and white messaging reading “Warrior” plastered over “Not warrior” text. The clean, minimalist designs come in neutral colors and feature modern fonts that allow the words to be the focal point.</div>]]></description>
