In my opinion, we can increase female labour force participation in Malaysia by promoting and coordinating research on women's issues recognizing the fact that the lack of data and information on women's position is actually, the government should encourage and assist in research and research on women. In addition, the government should ensure that all data collection and information by various government agencies and agencies divide the information according to gender. Besides, eradicate discrimination and take action strictly specific measures should be taken to eradicate discrimination against women. Legal weaknesses to ensure women's rights should be rectified. Special focus should be directed to rural areas less developed, disadvantaged and disabled women as well as women given educational opportunities. Other than that, the budget allocation of the government shall determine that the ministries and agencies concerned use the approved allocation by modifying the action to meet the women's development programs and projects.

Over the years, female labor force participation in Malaysia has increased rapidly. Since 1990, the rate has increased enormously. However, it is still significantly low compared to men. In my point of view, female labor force participation in Malaysia can be increased by the enforcement of government policy regarding to the female employment. Female will then be assured to work in the labor market. Also, an increase in female's education level may also contribute to increase in female labor force participation. This is due to the fact that education is essential to the improvement of living standards and also may allow them to take a more active part in the decision making process within the family, the community, the place of paid work and the political area.

There are several ways to increase female labour force participation in Malaysia. First, women education’s level. Education is essential to the improvement of women’s living standards and to allow them to take a more active part in the decision making process within the family, the community, the place of paid work and the political area.

Second, the attitude of the family towards women. For examples, revealed that changing attitudes of parents and husbands towards a more positive trend were perceived to be related to higher educational attainment of women which in turn could influence women’s participation in the labor force.

Third, improving economic incentives in employment and policies favoring the employment of women. Improved maternal and child health care, access to family planning services, increased years of schooling, leading to arise in the average age at marriage, have allowed women to take advantage of the increased employment opportunities.

There are many ways that can be applied to ensured female labor participation rate in Malaysia can increase all the time.
First, we should give women chance to work. That is because women is more likely to discriminate by employer and society in work force. If it happen, women may loss their intention to work.
Secondly, company or government should give or sent women's for get a better skills and knowledge. It may attract them to work indirectly.
Third, flexible working time may attract women intention to work as well. That is because, most of married women less likely to work because of , they think if they work 12 hours or more per day, no one will take care household and their children.

Increasing women’s labour force participation is important to sustainable economic development, especially in economies with highly educated women and an aging population. Women’s participation varies across transition countries, driven by such economic and social factors as traditional views of gender roles and limited government support for caregivers. For past of decades, trends of women’s labour participation in labour market rapidly changed and increased year by year.

There are several ways on how to increase female labour participation which are the government should impose some policy that encourage women to enter in labour market. The government should increase the job opportunities especially for women. For example, propose some incentives job opportunities quota for women only.

Moreover, the company or private sector also play important role increasing the women labour participation. The company should reduce work hours for women which is women can balance their household work and work at workplace. This is help to encourage more women in labour market.

In addition, investment in women human capital which is give women training and education. These investment will increase the women productivity and help to increase women labour participation.

Ensuring that women can take part in the workforce on equal terms with men is important for gender equality and poverty reduction. When women can work they are able to provide for themselves and their families. What’s more, the female labour force participation rate in a country is linked to its GDP and international competitiveness .

If maternity leave makes women less attractive to employers, this can at least be partially balanced by the provision of paternity leave. Once both women and men have the right to take time off after the birth of their child, women are less of a risk in the eyes of employers. WBL shows a significant and substantial difference in the average gender ratio of labour force participation between economies that mandate paternity leave and those that don’t.

For policy makers, women’s labor force participation and the quality of women’s labor market opportunities are dual objectives, both important for economic growth. To the extent that well-designed policies can remove impediments to women’s labor force participation, they will yield important benefits for the economy as a whole.

in addition, family support policies should be targeted at enhancing incentives to work. For example, the Canada Child Benefit introduced in the 2016 federal budget is a step in the right direction, by providing benefits to low- and middle-income families (single mothers often fall in the low-income category). But the benefit program—and family support policies more generally—could be better targeted toward increasing childcare subsidies for working parents whose parental leave has expired.

In my opinion, what we have learned in class, ways to increase female labour force participation depends on the women's decision themselves. But there are factors that affecting the female labour force participation as well. If the market wage is greater than the reservation wage, the individual or women will participate in the labour market. More over, increase in the value of market time tend to increase the probability that the individual or women will choose to participate in the labour force.

The factors that affecting the female labour force participation are the qualification, demand for female labour and level of productivity. So let say in Malaysia, to increase the female labour force, government should encourage not just female, but both male and female to study and achieve higher education. Higher education means more will participate in the labour force. Secondly, increase the demand for female labour force, therefore, women will participate more. Lastly, the level of productivity. If the overall productivity increases, more women will participate in the labour force.

In my opinion, female participation is very important in joining the labour force participation, this is because from their participated in fields and labour market can increase the productivity in some of company and their will have a good opportunities to learn something new. Furthermore, our value market also can increasing with the good quality worker's which is women participation in some fields. It can created job opportunities for some educated woman to continue their better jobs. Then, we can provide female with the training and it encourages them to learn how to improving their skills in some task. With the skills and knowledge can make them be more better. So thatour income also can increase with a productivity workers in our country, so we do not need to hire foreign worker to handle our technologies because with the participation of female it can make them be more effectiveness to handle the new works. In conclusion, female workers participation is very useful in our country.

Female is the workers that facing a discrimination problems either in Malaysia or another country. In what I have learn, to increase the female labour participate in Malaysia, there are some effort to increasing the labour participate like higher education , the labor participate female with the experiences and the higher wage to increase the demand for labour participate.

Firsltly, the higher education of female in Malaysia must be increase/positive is the first stage to make sure the female will contribute in labour participate. It can be shows when the female send to the school and have their own qualification it will make employer to hired a female workers. After the industrial revolution women worker's are important because woman not only value for markets home but women can work through the markets good but there are some lacking in the discrimination of wage that encourage women to work at homes.

Besides, labour participate in female will increase if they are more have experience and specialized job in Malaysia. As far, many or female worker's not send to the training or continued their stage of specialized job. It is because for the employer, it is wasting time and money to invest in human capital. So, to encourage female to involve in labour participate in Malaysia, female must go to training to have their experiences and skills in order to have their own specialized job.

Lastly, we can see on the issue discrimination of female worker that lacking in the terms of economy. Malaysia must take an attention to caring the discrimination of wage. It is because if women have a less wage but do the same level of job with men, women have discriminate and it is encourage women to work from home and do not contribute any productivity in economy.

BB15160920
In my opinion, every countries has their own ways how to encourage female participation rate in the labor force. In order to increase the total GDP, productivity of workers is the most importance thing. So that means encourage female to participate in the also must be given attention beside male. The reason why i said like that is because in fact nowadays women play an importance role in economics development.
there are some factors that can influence women to participate in the labor force. Wage is the one factor that can affecting women want to participate in labor force. Higher wages will encourage many women want to participate. I think minimun wage is the one ways that government has launched to encourage many people to participate.
Besides that, demand factors.Increasing the demand for women also is the one how to increase the women participation. Thirdly, given off day and can leave the work early for women. I think through this ways women rate participation will be able to increase. This is because many women will think that even though their participate in the labor force, there will be no problem because when their child fall sick they can get the off day and also can leave early. So, i can conclude that through these three ways will be able to encourage women to participate in the labor force and finally labor force participation among women also will increase.

based on our country management, there is several ways to increase the female labor force participation. first of all is the government itself. this because mostly women are tend to get a high education level compare to men. as the fresh graduate, they have a problem to get a job this because mostly all the company want someone with at least 2 years experience of working. and as a fresh graduate, they will not get the opportunity of experiencing the work place because they did not get any chances. so they will giving up and get married be a housewife with their qualification.
the second is the discrimination problem toward women must be solve because nowadays is a modern trends. women no longer being lower with men. this because as for the past years, it is a normal for women to be discriminated, but now it is different because women is more and higher educated than men. they should look after the qualification and not the gender.

As we know women are caring as they are, in my opinion they should be able to bring in much concern for good human values, such as the concern for environmental sustainability, poverty eradication, housing, good workplace and ethics, to name a few. In fact, Malaysia should be able to harness a much higher level of female participation in almost all branches of economic undertaking, given the higher level of attainment in education by female students and the availability of education facilities, including financing.

Given also the advantages of information technology and better communication facilities, their social and geographical mobility should not be much of a constraint any more. Taking this concern further, with the shortage of labor in our economy and heavy reliance on foreign workers in many of industries, we need to encourage more females to enter the workforce, especially in professions and vocations that suit their choice, training, and competency.

Besides that, we should give more opportunity to female as male to get places in labor market, and we should look to their ability and skill, or their advantage in any sector. Based on the Budget 2018 of Malaysia which are concern to female labor are given positive relation with the participation of female in labor force which is the marriage female will have a benefit in term of work hour when there are pregnant.

In my opinion, we can increase the participation of women labour force in Malaysia by implementing the government policy. The government policy is able to increase the female labour force through increasing the female wages similar to male labour wages, give more incentive and promoting to involve any sector of employment. This matter able to increase the motivation of women labour to participate of any employment sector rather than just being a housewife.

In order to encourage more women to join the workplace, businesses and governments must provide more appropriate and appropriate amenities for working women, such as flexible working hours, childcare benefits, etc., so that they can have both family and career at the same time, and attribution to the company and work Sense, reduce employee turnover and turnover rate. In the area of labor procedures, the procedures and ordinances for the hiring and firing of Malaysian workers need to be simplified to reduce the cost burden on the enterprises and to stimulate the efficiency and competitiveness of their employees. According to the new proposal, a woman who has given birth will receive a one-year tax deduction if returned to the workplace after she has rested for two years or more. More than that, it is also proposed to extend benefits such as extended maternity leave and shorter working hours

In my opinion, to increase female labour force participation in Malaysia is reduce a discrimination among female and male. It is because, if we reduce a discrimination among female and male, female will more to join into a labour market. Sometimes, in the labour market, they did not want to accept female worker because they think that female worker cannot provide a product with higher productivity like male do. From that some of the company less accept female worker than male. From this situation also, if government avoid a discrimination among female and male it will make more female to join in the labour market in Malaysia

In my point of view, for sure to increase female labour force participation in Malaysia by government policy. Government should arrange some policies to female labour, for instance female labor that had married can go back one hour early and do some regulation that for female labour safety. Thus, female labour can feel safe when work, so it can incraese female labour force participation.
Besides that, we can encourage women to labour force participation through promoting and do campaign awareness about how important women must have an own job and carrier in their life.
In addition, government or private sector must have a quota or job opportunities only for female labour.
