Evidence 1: About Me Tiktok
Question 1~ Explain the activity? We got asked to either make a PowerPoint or a tiktok about our self to show our group so they could find a little bit about us.
Question 2~ What went well? People listened and asked questions.
Question 3~ What would you change if you did it again? I would add more things about me to make me more interesting.

Question 1~ Explain the activity? We all went to show our GCSE results to see if we got into the course and what level we would be on.
Question 2~ What went well? I got onto the level I wanted to even if I didn’t get the GCSE results I wanted.
Question 3~ What would you change if you did it again? I don’t think I'd really change anything as it went really well.

Question 1~ Explain the activity? We were all in groups and we had to communicate with each other asking why they are wanting to be in this course and what they want to be.
Question 2~ What went well? Talking to people made you more comfortable meaning you can be able to make friends.
Question 3 ~ What would you change if you did it again? If I could go back I wish I could change instead of someone make us communicate we did it ourselves

Evidence 1~ STRAW TASK
Question 1~ Explain the activity? We all got put into our groups and had to see who could make the biggest tower out of straws and Sellotape and trust each other to make sure it was right.
Question 2~ What went well? We all spoke as if we knew each other already and actually built something and it stuck because of our communication.
Question 3~ What would you change if you did it again? All the class do it together so we got to know each other as a group instead of certain individuals.

Evidence 2~ ROUNDERS
Question 1~ Explain the activity? We all went onto the AstroTurf and played rounders against certain teams to see who could get the most points.
Question 2~ What went well? I scored a rounder.
Question 3~ What would you change if you did it again? I would try run faster and not get as tired as much as I did.

Evidence 3~ WORK
Question 1~ Explain the activity? We were in groups of 2 and we had to make our own special meals and whoever sold the most won.
Question 2~ What went well? A lot of people chose our special meals.
Question ~ What would you change if you did it again? Make the meal smaller as it was hard to make when so many people wanted to buy.

Evidence 1-I had an interview for a job, and got there on time with a good behaviour.
Evidence 2- Handing assignments in on time.
Evidence 3- Getting to class on time.
what went well-
Evidence 1-Me getting on time and having a good behaviour gave me a heads up to get the job and got the job.
Evidence 2- I got a distinction.
Evidence 3- Teachers can rely on the fact i can get there on time and i can answer questions effectively.
what you would change-
Evidence 1-There is nothing i would change at the minute but as soon as if there were a family emergency i would call and let them know to get cover in as much time as possible.
Evidence 2- Having work could make my assignments get handed in late so i try get them done as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Evidence 3- Due to traffic i couldn’t always get here on time so i set off earlier to get here.

Evidence 1- I did a presentation and gave someone the support to go and prove they could stand up in front of people and do it.
Evidence 2- Helping a new colleague at work, getting them to know the basics and show them who to go to when they need help.

what went well-
Evidence 1- I was able to help someone face something they may have had anxiety about.
Evidence 2- They listened and cared that i showed them how to do the basics and that i offered to help when they needed it.
Evidence 3- I showed them how it could be and telling them things could be hard and difficult but things do get easier.
what would you change-
Evidence 1- When trying to present something don’t let the fear get to you, you really don’t know how it would be until you do it.
Evidence 2- Tell them not to be worried about having something new put into you life no matter how hard it may be.
Evidence 3- Only downfall is that i don’t want that person to rely on me too much but i’m here to offer help when needed.

Evidence 1: Maths

I’m currently resitting maths and I’m trying to pass before I leave college, passing maths will help me massively as it will be one less thing I have to think about.

Evidence 2: New job

I’m motivated to start my new job as I get to see a new aspect on the industry I’m going into, this will get me set for my job within the future and will help me exceed to get there.

Evidence 3: Getting my assignment in on time

This motivates me as it gives me sight on life that things need to be in on time and in good condition to get where you want and get the grades you need in life to get somewhere good.

I work within care meaning I need to be able to take care of the people around me and make sure they are okay and healthy and safe within my care.
Evidence 2: My past job
I used to work in the hospitality industry meaning i would need to make sure health and safety is in place make sure everyone is okay and make sure nothing went wrong.
Evidence 3: Family.
I look after my nannan and grandad by making sure they have the food and everything they need in their home, i also make sure they are okay when moving around and will help them when needing they need something doing.

A time I failed and got up and re done it:

A time I failed was when I was doing my theory, I kept failing but I was dedicated to pass and finally did it on my sixth try and kept driving to be able to pass my driving test the first time round.

My role-

I work as a carer in a care home with people who suffer with dementia, end of life, huntingtons, tracheas, and a lot more. the ages range so its not just elderly.

What have I gained through my job-

I've gained multiple experiences such as first aid, CPR, and also how to deal with choking and end of life.

Something i'd change within my job-

Something i'd change is the cares as when the weather is warm it is a pain as you get really warm.

sustainability

Evidence 1:

I managed to keep sustainability as I recycle glass, bottles and paper. By doing this I am able to reduce the amount of waste sent to landfills and conserve valuable resorces. When reusing these materials I am able to create new products.

Evidence 2:

Another way I keep sustainability is that I don’t use my car for short travels I will either walk or catch the bus or train this helps the environment as busses are eco-friendly and it leads yo lower emissions and a decrease of traffic congestions. This will help improve the air quality, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and also conserving energy.
