What you can and cant say - Confidence / Knowledge Thinking you are on your own
Not having all the answers
The emotional impact - on your team, supporting your team, emtion
Losing trust - trying to be transparent where possible
The fear of not knowing
The potential of people creating their own solutions, the rumour mill
Timetable of what is happening
Balance - remembering not everyone wants to asks questions in an open forum
Honesty - its ok to say I don't know - dont feel that you have to feel the gap.



Effective Communication:

Clarity of messaging - giving more information to leaders so they are well prepared
Having the confidence to say I don't know 
Having support from more informed leaders to help qualify the messaging
Town Hall meeting with key leaders (SME's)
Creating safe spaces for people to ask questions, share concerns or reinforce the messaging (or confirm the message) 
Having a clear timetable and communication between teams and depts to ensure there is a consistent delivery
