Moving your classroom to Andromeda

Can you identify points of contact between how you are or plan to use space & astronomy topics and other subjects in your countries’ curricula? Could you establish a link to another subject for a joint project? 

Mathematics is a useful tool in modeling natural phenomena.
As mentioned above, the lesson logarithms can start with the geographical discoveries and the need to perform calculations to achieve movement of ships on the sea in reporting celestial sphere, we have a logarithmic scale for distances of space, we can add some information in chemistry related to PH.
THE NATURE OF THE UNIVERSE - AT THE CONFLUENCE OF ART AND SCIENCE can be a project title that allows approaches from almost all areas of knowledge: mathematical modeling, the laws of physics, chemistry, philosophy, art, science fiction, technology.

How could you use it as a teaching material?


 For me, as a math teacher o, the site is especially useful for extracurricular activities that present mathematical modeling of natural phenomena. But even in teaching mathematics we can use this resources knowing that creating motivation for the study is done through practical and concrete problems.
