Us teenagers are known to be getting not enough sleep the average teenager only gets 7- 7.25 hours of sleep. 2 hours less then the 9-9.25 hours of sleep they need. Phones are the culprit for why your not getting enough sleep. They disrupt sleep by emitting a blue light which is light being picked up in your eye telling your brain its morning thus keeping you awake.
