I actually have two questions:

1) What are the requirements for content in the discussion boards? Word count? Are references required and if so how many citations are expected?

2) For the unit design final project, are we going to be putting that together throughout the 6 weeks, or will we wait to start it later in the session?

Are there any citation requirements for discussion boards? Are there any length or word requirements for them as well? Are there any other expectations regarding the discussion board posts that the class may need to be aware of?

Also, I am feeling a little nervous and daunted seeing the final assessment materials. Hopefully, the class will have adequate time and guidance to be able to complete this assignment with excellence.

Overall, the syllabus is clear. I understand the expectations.

Is there an assumption of previous classroom teaching for students in this course? Are there resources available or that anyone recommends to help those of us with less experience gain some perspectives and insight they could share?

When we create the unit plan for the final assessment, will we start with a standard and work backwards from there?

In terms of our final project, when we are choosing a standard, is it something we will pick based on our content areas, or is it something that will be assigned? In terms of our meeting times, when we meet synchronous, how will those look? 3 hours online, group work, independent work? What will the three hours consist of?

Is there a text or other reference material for this course? I feel like this is a course I will want to reference back to again and again as I am starting out. I also have the question on discussion board requirements: Are there word count minimums? Do we need to respond to our peers?

Instead of doing discussion board posts, what if we have weekly zoom meetings that we record and send to Prof. Lynn instead??

How much of the final will we do together in our sessions or will that be something that is 100% completed outside of our class times?

I am also curious like Victor, what the requirements for discussions boards will be, and like Sadie if there is a chance to have these discussions boards become virtual discussions.

Will all of the discussion boards be due at noon on the days listed in the syllabus just like the pre-work discussion board?

I am also curious about the other requirements for discussion boards and the final assessment as have been mentioned in others posts.

Overall, I do think that the syllabus and the requirements are communicated clearly and am looking forward to this class!
