I also have a feeling our class would love to get into discussion and resource sharing given the time and space to do so. Personally, choosing assignment dates gives me option paralysis and makes me a bit more nervous. I am not suggesting to not give us choice (becuase I think that is very useful) but I just wanted to share that having the choice for an assignment deadline is not always just relieving. I enjoyed RPS because I felt I was able to get close to my fellow classmates, and it made the virtual classes feel a bit more intimate. With smaller classes, there would be the opportunity for students to spend the first half of class discussing cases or just getting to know each other, and then the second half could be presentations.
