Their tireless efforts help cultivate an inclusive and welcoming environment, and our organization simply wouldn’t be the same without them. Whether they’re supporting fundraising events or lending a hand in after-school programs, our volunteers play a vital role in advancing our mission—to inspire, empower, and enrich young people as they grow into confident, caring, and responsible members of their communities! Our ASP cooking and Harper garden volunteers make a significant impact by generously donating their time every week. Dane has made such a positive impact on the Encinitas teens during our Tuesday ASP cooking program. Eileen is a joy to be around every Wednesday and Thursday for our ASP cooking at Harper. Nancy helps nourish and grow the Harper garden each week and is always on deck to volunteer during our summer cooking camps. Their generosity and kindness helps us provide a more enriching and inspiring experience for our club kids!

Our volunteers are an extension of our staff and allow us to do more! Volunteers make what we do better. When you volunteer to do something out of the goodness of your heart, not only is it fulfilling, but it sets a great example for our youth and others in the community!
