Answer: Some people don't have as much toughness as others. For example, take the moment when Josef slapped his father and his father started crying like a kid. This shows how some folks can be broken forever when they are traumatized. It is easy to see how Josef's father was forever torn down by his experience in the concentration camp. Answer: They find it hard to accept these people because they are different from them and they are intimidated by them. Answer: It´s the jail time and the lawsuits that scare people. Because people don want to serve time or use their time dealing with cases. Also could be scared of the officers thinking they'd shoot them for doing something wrong. But people need to learn to cooperate with them and respect the law. Most people need to understand if you respect the law you should be good. The discomfort is a very natural one.

Life is full of irony. Aside from Native Americans, who isn’t an immigrant? The natives welcomed the immigrant Europeans despite everything about them being different. They even helped them to settle so that they could thrive.

Answer:  Because they are frightened by them . Most stereotypes on African american people are very intimidating  so they do not give them a chance  to prove them they aren't like the stereotypes. Answer: The immigration authority wants to make sure they scan everybody that try to come to the United States to make sure they don't end up staying passed their visa and becoming a burden for the US. That is too bad because there are good people such as Isabel's family that are trying to come to the US to work hard for a better life. Answer:Becoming a U.S. citizen shouldn't be so hard and problematic, but it is due to the long process time, financial and personal cost and the fact that most immigrants do not have a direct relative that is a U.S. citizen. Answer: People in power believe that bringing in refugees will have consequences such as threatening national security and genuinely don't care for the well being of others, or just aren't ready to open their doors.
