         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>When your in a stressful situation you want to try and take the high road, and see everything from the outside and how it may appear to others.&nbsp;</div><div><br>Lets say you want to join the baseball team at your school, and your friends goes to try-outs with you. There is only one spot left and your friend gets it. The best thing to do in a situation like that is to be happy for your friend and try to practice with them, so both of you can get better, instead of being upset at them for joining the team.&nbsp;</div><div><br>When in stressful situations do this…</div><ol><li>Take some time to yourself</li><li>Think about how the situation effects you and the people around you&nbsp;</li><li>Make a decision on what you want to do&nbsp;</li><li>Follow though with the decision even if its hard</li><li>Reflect, and acknowledge your mistakes&nbsp;</li></ol>]]></description>
