The biggest takeaway from today’s learning is how we can create peak moments for customers and ourselves.

One key takeaway from this lesson is to identify my personal strengths and weaknesses. We can use our strength and impact others around positively and we can also work on our weaknesses.

For me, I do feel that, after going through the orientation programme, that having the initiative to serve the people, communicate, be understanding, and work as a group to accomplish something is truly very crucial to life

I learned about my strength as a thinker. Being more of a problem solver thinking outside my perspective and being more empathetic which may allow me to find a way to find a solution to a problem and being a thinker is about having to know a lot of data to be able to find a good solution for the certain situation to obtain a better result

The biggest takeaway that I learned is the different characteristics of work personality and how my attitude should be when I go to work to work.

My biggest takeaway is how to communicate better and more effectively as in the activity when they asked us whether you want to be a driver or a connector or a communicator you still have to discuss your ideas and pile it together so that everyone can be heard and in another activity, i have to draw without knowing what to draw and my teammates has to tell me how to draw like where to draw the line what animal to draw where to draw the sign and more and even though mistakes are made i feel that through teamwork and communication we eventually did a satisfactory art piece.
