         <description><![CDATA[<div>"How do we keep our bones healthy?"&nbsp;<br>There's many simple ways we can keep our bones healthy. Such as:<br>1: Drinking lots of milk everyday. Our bones are made of calcium, and milk is very rich in calcium, so if you drink it twice a day, you will get very strong bones.<br>2: Eating lots of nutrient. Eat more vegetables and healthy food, because they're what make your bones specially strong.<br>3: Exercise, don't be lazy. Your bone are made to work, make them do it!<br>4: Get vitamin D! Sunshine is amazing for your bones! Get outside when it's a sunny day and a take a little walk outside so your bones get exercise AND vitamin D.<br>These are 4 little ways in which your bones can get stronger every day. If you repeat these steps everyday, you'll see a huge change. You'll start getting stronger and not getting injured much because your bones are protecting you and them!</div>]]></description>
