         <title>I have done the &quot;Squiggle Story&quot; in my class before and my students really enjoyed it.  However, I didn&#39;t know that it was useful as a brain break.  I also use &quot;sound&quot; quite often during independent work times and centers. My sound of choice is soft, soothing  instrumental music.  It does help with keeping a calm atmosphere in the classroom.</title>
