I have a good understanding of this target because in class we watched an Edpuzzle and did active notes. The content and questions from the Edpuzzle helped me learn in a visual way, which I really like. The notes we did in class ensured that I have everything written down in case I needed to go back to it.

I feel like I'm most proficient in this material because we did a lot of hands-on learning with the lab in addition to taking notes. I was able to visualize the different planes when cutting the gummy bears. The notes were also a nice refresher to Anatomy class, where I previously learned most of this.

We did a lot of practice with this material in class, such as taking notes on a whiteboard and drawing out each characteristics. Taking notes on a whiteboard helped me visualize the concepts and it made it more fun. By drawing out each characteristic, I was able to better remember all the parts because I'm a visual learner.

I think this target was pretty easy to grasp after we learned it in class. In class, we colored our notes and went over examples for each joint. The colorful notes made it easier for the different elements to stand out and the examples of our joints helped me better understand the movements. I enjoyed learning about the different joints in the body and I didn't know that each joint can perform different movements.

I think I've mastered this target because I was able to get certified in CPR/First Aid. We've had a lot of practice with ankle and wrist taping in class, which is why I feel confident doing it on my own. I enjoyed working with a partner to perform these skills. I also hope I can practice this skill sometime in the future.

I'm most proficient in this target because I was able to get my certification and practice CPR in class. I practiced CPR on different mannequins and tried giving breaths with a pocket mask. I learned that it's important to take action when someone is unresponsive to increase their chances of survival.

I have a good understanding of this target because we watched a lot of videos regarding different situations and we talked about the correct steps for each situation. We also practiced CPR, first aid, breaths, and taping techniques in class. Everything we've practiced can help us in real life emergencies and I'm glad I got the chance to learn more about it.

To analyze specific joints and patterns we did a gait walking lab and q-angle lab in class. I enjoyed these labs the most because I was able to learn more about myself and see how movement occurs in the body. I also enjoyed working with a partner to perform these labs. I was able to learn about my q-angle and how much ROM I have.

I think I have a good understanding of this target because we did some notes in class and measured our shoulder angles with a goniometer. Although we didn't spend a lot of time on the upper body and shoulder, I enjoyed learning about the different muscles and landmarks. We also tested our shoulder mobility by standing against a wall and doing "snow angles" and I was surprised how difficult it was. I wish we spent more time on the shoulder this semester.

We did a lot of fun activities for the knee joint, specifically the knee evaluation lab. I really liked this lab because it was a hands-on learning experience where I learned the different tests for knee injuries. We also watched an ACL surgery, which helped me learn more about the process. I think the knee joint is very complicated and I enjoyed learning more about it.

I think I've mastered this target because we've spent a lot of time on it and did many labs/notes. Because of the gait walking lab, I learned that I tend to supinate when I walk. I also enjoyed learning about the bones and structures of the ankle joint. I didn't know that it can be so intricate and important to wear shoes that fit your needs.
