         <description><![CDATA[<div>"An idea that helps situate the strategies that go into the sharing of knowledge as integral to the knowledge that results"&nbsp;<br>Each interpretative community relies on the others to “create, deliver and “unpack”” the news however they don’t necessarily agree with each other.<br>The different communities are also operating out of different “time frames” where journalists are frequently present at or close to the time that the event is occurring where as the educators are delivering the material subsequent to the actual events. Scholars usually are providing insight/opinion/background to the event outside of real time.<br>Journalistic educators can also interview scholars based on the programmes own interpretation or bias which can give a one sided view of a particular situation.<br><br></div>]]></description>
